I used it during the first month after giving birth, when my breast milk wasn't coming out easily or my baby wasn't latching well, and I would express milk and feed it to the baby in the bottle. After use, I disinfected it with baby bottle sterilizing solution and stored it in a zipper bag, so I don't think there are any noticeable stains. I will also include the nipple, but feel free to discard it if you are concerned about hygiene. I also have the cap, so I will include that as well.
