Images 1, 2, and 3 show the condition of the outer box, cover, and edges of the book. It was stored in a bookcase with glass doors, so the outer box shows some yellowing, but there is little soiling. However, there is an oil stain on the lower corner of the inside cover, which has transferred to the preceding and following pages (Image 4). In addition, there are fold marks and side lines on the "65 Emergency Question Motion" (page 130), "80 General Question" (page 162), and "81 Appropriateness of Related Questions" (page 164). Image 5 shows page 162, where this is most noticeable. Images 6 and 7 are the preface, which explains that "Rules of Proceedings" are based on interpretations of laws, administrative precedents, case law, and parliamentary precedents, and are generally accepted rules for how meetings should be conducted. This book is currently out of print and difficult to obtain. Images 8 and 9 are excerpts from the content. Image 10 is the colophon. The book is about 3 cm thick.
