This is a blouse from L'EST ROSE. It's made of chiffon with a polka dot pattern on a black background. The sleeves and neckline have a lovely design with sheer lace. I've worn it twice, but there is a small tear in the lace. (I think it wouldn't be noticeable if sewn with black thread.) #blouse
