These are half pants from the now-defunct outdoor brand, sequel. Anyone who knows the boom around 2000 might recognize them? I think they disappeared in the late 90s. They're made of ripstop fabric. The pocket lining is also clean, so I don't think they were worn much. The elastic in the waist is still strong. The zip on the back pocket is unbranded.
