This is a handmade tissue case pouch made from a Mina Perhonen tenugui fabric. The back side is a pouch, making it convenient for storing bandages or small makeup items. The fabric is "jellybeans," which was released in the 2002 SS season. Many ellipses drawn with a pencil are colored with watercolor, like light.
