This is a Hida Shunkei lacquer tray. It's a beautiful piece with the deep, wiped lacquer finish characteristic of Shunkei lacquerware. The simple rectangular shape, along with the elegantly placed plane marks, and the light, airy construction typical of Shunkei lacquerware are also appealing. There are some minor scuffs, but no major issues. The size is 26.5 cm wide and 2 cm high. We have this item in stock. Please understand that this is an antique item.
