Zara Kids velour skirt. It has a black base with a beaded floral pattern. The size is 09, 134cm, but it's a mini length, so it can be worn from a slightly smaller size. The sewing is loose, and some beads have come off. I've sewn back on where I could, but some are missing. The inner composition tag has been cut off.
