These are navy culottes/gaucho pants from United Arrows Green Label Relaxing. I bought them a few years ago and wore them on and off-duty, pairing them with navy tops. The waist has a zipper, but the back is elastic. The fabric has a glossy feel and is lined, so it's not see-through. The length is around mid-knee to ankle for someone who is in the late 160cm range.
