This is the Toshiba garment steamer TAS-MV7. It is from 2023. The box, instruction manual, and water cup are not included. The stand is included. Everything in the photos is what's included. I purchased this a few months ago and used it a few times, but I am selling it because I received a new one. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but there may be some minor scratches.
