I'm selling this because the size didn't fit, so I repurchased it. I only tried it on. The package has a different size listed. The actual product is the size shown in the second photo. There's elastic around the belly and hind legs. The fabric is sturdy and waterproof. I think it's very convenient after rain, or when the road is wet with dew at night or in the morning. It will be shipped folded up.
