I'm making these using new fabric that has been pre-washed. It's 100% cotton. They should fit someone with a shoe size of around 27-28 cm. You don't need to be too strict about the size, like with shoes. The width is 10 cm. You can wash them at home and wear them repeatedly. They will become more comfortable with wear.
