This item is very clean, having only been used once at the time of discharge from the hospital and then stored. The only included accessory is the hat. The size is 50-70, so I think it can be used for hospital discharge, the Hatsumiyamairi ceremony, and the Okuizome ceremony (first meal ceremony). The inner fabric is smooth, while the outer fabric has a velvet-like texture. Please understand that this item has been worn by a baby. ⚠︎It will be folded and shipped in a zip-lock bag or compression bag via post. I believe the material is wrinkle-resistant, but please be aware that there may be some slight folding wrinkles.
