This is a SACRA lame knit purchased from United Arrows. The fine glitter doesn't feel flashy, and the material is soft, so I don't think it will feel scratchy. It has a relaxed fit, so you should have room to wear a shirt underneath. The size is 38, but it was a one-size-fits-all item. I've worn it two or three times since I bought it. The material is not prone to pilling or damage, so I don't think there are any noticeable flaws. However, it's not a new item, and it has been stored at home, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item.
