No instruction manual. Operation confirmed. The lights have several different patterns. I displayed it in my room for a while and then stored it in the box. I removed as much dust as possible, but there may be some areas where it's not completely gone. The outer box is damaged due to long-term storage. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
