Freshly harvested leaves are washed and quickly dried in a dryer. Dried within 1 hour, so it is safer than naturally dried products, with no worries about mold or decay. Animals will also eat it better. If stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator, it will last for about a year. During the winter season, harvesting is not possible, so we offer carefully preserved products. (Drying with silica gel + vacuum sealing to prevent oxidation + cold storage) Please understand that there may be some insect bites or leaf scorch due to being a generic product. (This refers to the occasional white spots or brown areas) Due to the careful rapid drying process, some leaves may have a color fade that is close to purple because the pigment molecules are easily lost, but please rest assured that they are fresh and retain their nutritional value.
