This is a valuable item, the manga "Midori: Shoujo Tsubaki" before its revision. I purchased it used, but haven't had much opportunity to read it, so I'm putting it up for sale. I bought it for 5,800 yen. There is some discoloration and staining, but there were no particular problems with reading it.
