This is a table center/tapestry upcycled from a used silk (正絹) fukuro obi. The gold leaf sparkles beautifully, giving it a luxurious feel. It's fun to imagine who might be riding in the ox-drawn carriage (御所車). As shown in the last photo, it can also be used as a tapestry; please comment if you'd like to use it that way. A rod and clips will be included. If you only want to use it as a tapestry, please comment. We will re-tailor it for free. Tassels are available for 500 yen for two.
