I only displayed it, so it's in pretty good condition with minimal wear and tear. However, the cord was a nice red, like a telephone cord, and in great condition. I carelessly left it in a sunny spot, and it deteriorated in an instant. It's a child's toy, so I suppose the quality is what you'd expect. The part where the receiver sits was also slightly tilted to the right from the beginning. There is no box. Thank you.
