This is a horn handguard (protector) made from 1mm thick vegetable-tanned leather. You can choose from 8 colors: black, dark brown, brown, green, olive, red, burgundy, and blue. It's easy to attach and detach with Velcro. The back of the handguard is water-repellent treated. It is made to fit instruments where the mouthpipe curves near the pinky hook or below it (similar to the Arter B type).
