Chikako Ishida's "Hareta Hi ni Yuki" (Snow on a Sunny Day) I purchased this from an online kaleidoscope specialty store over 10 years ago. I was a little concerned about the mirror alignment, but I would occasionally look at the snowflakes against the blue background, and usually kept it stored in a drawer. After a while, I felt like it was a bit damp, but I didn't pay much attention to it. However, since my other kaleidoscopes didn't have this problem, it seemed like it was leaking. I've stored it horizontally for over 10 years, but I can't visually confirm that the liquid level has decreased, so perhaps it's leaking very slowly due to humidity or temperature. I believe the liquid is oil, but it has a light, flowing quality, perhaps to create the "Hareta Hi ni Yuki" effect, and I think it's a thin oil. Since there's a problem, I'm not entirely sure, but I'd like to list it for about a third of the purchase price. Size: Approximately 4.5cm x Approximately 21.5cm
