This is an Iris Ohyama shredder. It seems paper has gotten jammed in the blades, and it's almost completely stopped working. Sometimes it can shred a few sheets if it's in good condition, but I'm listing it as junk. Please purchase if you understand this. I will ship it in the condition shown in the photos. Shipping costs are high, so I can't lower the price any further. Thank you!
