The waist has adjustable buttons. The color of the right pair is difficult to describe, but the color in the first photo is the closest. It is labeled size 110. There is writing on the tag, which will be marked out before shipping. The right pair is slimmer, but has a slightly stretchy material. There are no noticeable scratches or damage.
