This is a top tube bag from ROCKBROS (Rockbros). I bought it new a few years ago and used it only once or twice. After that, I stored it at home, so it's in overall good condition. The Velcro and zippers work without any problems. It's convenient for storing small items, smartphones, energy bars, etc. There are some very minor scuffs from use, but no noticeable scratches or stains.
