We will then perform the repair and, after final operational checks, we will return it to you at our expense. The turnaround time is approximately one week from the date of arrival. We always check the condition of the device before proceeding with the repair. If we determine that a repair is not possible, we will return the device to you with the shipping cost on your end and provide a full refund. We do not handle the following issues: * Unexpected failures (water damage, lightning strikes, physical impact, shipping damage, overcurrent due to unexpected operation, etc.) * HDD making unusual noises (clicking, grinding, or other strange sounds).
