This is a set of 16 various baking molds, including Western and Japanese confectionery molds. These were used by my mother, who was a professional pastry chef. She has become elderly and doesn't bake much anymore, so I'm putting them up for sale. They were purchased quite a while ago, and overall, they show signs of use such as scratches and stains. However, most of the items were bought from professional confectionery supply stores, so they are of good quality and still usable. (When I asked her, she couldn't remember exactly where she bought them, but she confirmed they were from a confectionery supply store.)
