This is a tote bag, possibly a novelty item from Uniqlo. It says "Hokkaido" on it. I think it would be good to use as an eco-bag, etc. It's unused, but there's a stain from glue or something similar, probably from when it was made, in the area shown in the photo. Please only purchase if you don't mind this.
