This item has been at my parents' house for about 30 years. It has been stored unused. Due to aging, there is some discoloration on the outer white part of the dial. It's a cute, retro-design pendulum wall clock. It's an octagonal regulator wall clock featuring illustrations of Mickey and Minnie Mouse. It's a sweep second type, so it doesn't tick. It seems the pendulum is attached to the battery compartment. I inserted a battery and checked the clock's operation (images 16-17). I'm not sure how the pendulum works.
