This is a Sumikko Gurashi cat hat. ※ The panda plushie is not included. This was a gift for a child about 5 years ago. It was worn a few times for play, but otherwise it has been on display. No stains or damage are visible. It might be a little dusty. It's a size that adults can wear normally.
