Printed a few times on the day it arrived, and then had little opportunity to use it, so it's practically unused. There is no instruction manual, so please only purchase if you know how to use it, or are willing to research. There are people on YouTube who explain how to use it, so please refer to them. I also checked the operation by watching their videos. The Phomemo app is used. I will include the following as extras: 3 rolls of genuine thermal paper 2 rolls of sticker paper, and 1 remaining roll of sticker paper I have confirmed that it works, but please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
