This item was purchased at Disney several years ago. The Mickey Mouse figure, which is sitting on a float and drinking a cocktail, is a retro and rare design. It has a spray function, allowing you to spray a mist while the fan is running. Includes 2 AA batteries. There is a photo of it running.
