It's black. Waist (laid flat) is about 34cm (elastic). Length is about 60cm. It's a crisp cotton fabric. I bought it a few years ago and haven't had many chances to wear it, so it's been stored at home. It has a lining. There's a large, diagonally placed pocket on the right side, though it's not very noticeable. If you understand, please consider it.
