Made in 1965, a transitional period for Gibson specifications based on the serial number. This is a period when various specifications were mixed, and this guitar is a prime example. It has a rare combination of a 42mm nut width, a slim regular neck, and a 14-degree headstock angle. It has an "ADJ. BRIDGE" stamp inside. The fingerboard and bridge are made of Brazilian rosewood. Ceramic saddle. The sound is, needless to say, superb, with a great attack and a very deep, well-rounded resonance. There is a crack on the top, slightly left of the center, but it appears to be only on the surface, as no separation can be seen from the inside. Upon close inspection, the crack appears to be filled with clear material, possibly adhesive. Other than that, there is no significant damage, and it's a great instrument. The neck condition is also excellent, and it plays exceptionally well even with the string height lowered to about 2mm. String height: Approximately 2.5mm *May vary slightly depending on humidity.
