It fits A4 size documents and a computer with room to spare, but it's not too heavy because it's made of nylon, and it has plenty of compartments, making it very convenient. I used it quite a bit, so there are some scuffs on the bottom of the sides, and the leather has aged, but I liked it, including those aspects. The color is a dark beige, so it would suit men as well as women, and it wouldn't be too formal for business attire.
