I bought this during a trip to Taiwan. I haven't used it and have kept it in storage. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, and I think it's in overall good condition. Please understand that this item has been stored at home, so only purchase if you are comfortable with that. I will pack it carefully to prevent breakage and ship it.
