This is a nostalgic rotary dial public phone. The label on the bottom says 1995-9, so it was likely manufactured in Heisei 7 (1995). It's a 675S-A2, and the color should be pink, but the main body doesn't look pink. Is it discolored from sun exposure? The newest 10-yen coin inside was from Heisei 14 (2002), so it was probably in use for about 7 years. It was then left unused for 20 years. I don't know if it still works as a phone.
