This is a UNIQLO Ultra Stretch Narrow Skirt. The color is dark green. It's a deep green long skirt. I wore it once to try it on, but the size doesn't fit, so I'm selling it. It's a long skirt with good stretch, making it very easy to move in. It has pockets on both sides. No lining. I believe it can be used both on and off.
