This is a piece of clothing I bought from Marks & Spencer, a UK brand that hasn't launched in Japan. It's a short-sleeved to 3/4-sleeved top. The sleeves have a unique design and are cute. I'm not sure about Japanese sizes, but it feels like it's between a size S and M. It's a European size 34, but it's quite roomy. The color looks like navy, almost black.
