This is a Pink House dress made of a thin denim-like fabric. It has a ribbon at the back of the collar. You can tie it in the back, leave it as is, or bring it to the front and tie it. It appears to have been worn very few times. I received this as a gift, so I don't know the details. Since it's not mine, there may be some oversights.
