veloToze is completely waterproof. Size M 40.5-42.5 The fit is quite tight, so it feels like a perfect fit even for a 39.5. There is some staining from the logo ink during storage. ccn has an aero type ankle. It's the type that fastens with Velcro on the underside of the shoe, so there's still plenty of room in size 39.5.
