cotta Custom-Made Teppan (Griddle) This is a discontinued custom-made teppan (griddle) from cotta. I purchased it and used it twice, but I no longer need it because I replaced my oven. It measures 40.7 x 28.5 cm. I bought this oven griddle because the included oven tray was not flat. Because it's flat, it was convenient for evenly baking baked goods like cookies.
