Washed (Although it has a "do not wash" mark, it's okay to wash on a delicate cycle in a laundry net) *There is a tear in the area circled in red in the image. Because that part is not waterproof, you will need to seal it with tape or something similar to use it. I think it's in average condition. I was using it with a regular sheet on top. I used it for about 3 years. It may be compressed or flattened for shipping. Originally, it's for use in nursing care or for bedwetting, but I was using it to prevent stains on the mattress.
