As shown in image 6, it seems to have been wrapped around a 2007 calendar for organization... so it's a vintage item that has been in my home for at least 20 years. The manufacturer and country of origin are unknown. I haven't found any defects to report, but please purchase if you understand that this is an old item. No price reduction.
