This is a Vandoren Black Diamond BD5 mouthpiece for B♭/A clarinet. I selected this from over a dozen mouthpieces at a musical instrument store in Tokyo. There is no selection certificate, but it was selected by a professional orchestra player. I believe it's a very good piece, but I'm selling it because I'm using a different model.
