Size...FREE SIZE It's very cute, but I've kept it in my closet without having a chance to wear it. It's in a clean condition as it's unused. There might have been a belt, but I can't find it. It's cute even without the belt. The fabric has something like glitter in it, and it sparkles a little like snow, which is very lovely. I probably bought it over 10 years ago, so I don't think anyone else will have it. It's old, but I think it's as cute as a new item.
