A "banki hagaki" is a woodblock postcard created by laser engraving a design onto wood. It can also be used as a woodblock printing plate. By applying ink with a printmaking roller and rubbing it onto paper with a baren, you can create a print. You can also use it as a regular postcard by affixing a stamp to the back.
