This is a SHURE M44-7 cartridge. Technica headshell wires and a genuine stylus are included, but please consider them as extras as they are not guaranteed. Please replace them yourself if necessary. I purchased it new and used it for listening for about a year. Sound output has been confirmed. Please refrain from price negotiations.
