This is a mods coat from beautiful people. Size is 150 (M size). I purchased it about 6 years ago at a select shop. I believe the retail price was around 90,000 yen. I wore it for a few hours once and have kept it stored at home. It has been dry cleaned. In my personal opinion, I think it's in very good condition, with no scuffs or stains. The fur and liner are removable, so you can wear it for a long time, from autumn to spring.
