This is a Phonic Ring. I'm selling it because I don't use it. It can be used by inserting it between the clarinet mouthpiece and barrel, or between the upper and lower joints. It is not for the lower joint and bell. (I forgot to add this earlier, so I'm adding it now) Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as it is a personal item. Thank you.
