This is a MA-1 from the Japanese brand "on Mark Sue going." I'm borrowing the brand name from Vetements. I think the silhouette and size feel very similar to Vetements' oversized MA-1. It has a belt and other gimmicks, making it a very interesting piece to wear! It's well-padded, and being oversized, it gives the impression of being warm even in mid-winter.
