No heel I couldn't see the brand name because of the fur, but I rolled up the pattern and shone a light on it, and it said "JILL by JILL STUART." The fur part (shaft height?) is only 19cm. My legs are short, but it's about medium length. It's unclear if it's a 2-way style that can be worn without folding the fur over. I thought it was just medium-length fur boots, but recently there seem to be many 2-way or 3-way boots.
